IRC Policies
The following two documents are draft policies for an IRC network and an IRC channel. They are based on experiences I had with overzealous administrators and a general culture of elitism. While some of the content is somewhat outdated, I still believe that the primary way to ensure a channel is fun and friendly is to target the right demographic, and not to rely on a culture of elitism. In any case, these documents remain here for your perusal, but keep in mind I'm somewhat more lax at this point.
Miscellaneous
This section is for anything else that doesn't really have a category. The first article here is an essay I wrote several years ago discussing the merits of xD versus XD. It's quite outdated, but might be interesting as an historical relic. The second is a more recent take on the matter, which I wrote in response to the seemingly neverending popularity of the first article.
The final article here is a blog post I made a few years ago on a previous incarnation of Penultimate Reality, discussing the revisiting of worlds in fiction.
